At the time of coach Myers' passing was the same time of my nephews so I was dealing with a lot of emotions. Coach Tom gave me my first (head coaching) job as a basketball coach at VMS. I still remember the call to this day. Prior to that he was my JV coach at Highlands High School. Today I'm remembering him and always.

Tom was a good friend and neighbor. We had many good times playing wiffelball and touch football on Marne Drive.
