Karen Ann Downard

Karen Ann Downard, 68, of Arnold, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, September 7, 2016.

She was born on December 19, 1947, in Natrona Heights, to the late William & Betty Wilhelm Klems, and graduated from Tarentum High School. 

Mrs. Downard enjoyed word search puzzles and especially spending time with her grandchildren. 

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Donald G. Downard, Jr.; daughter Annette (Robert) Swartz of Tarentum; three grandchildren, Tiffany Downward, Austin Swartz and Madison Swartz; and a brother Gregory L. (Cindy) Klems of Natrona. 

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, William L. Klems, Jr.
