TATE MATTHEW KALEDA, 27, of Saltsburg, died on Saturday, Sept. 16, 2023, as a result of injuries received in a motorcycle accident.
You said goodbye to none, your spirit flew before we knew. We miss you now our hearts are sore. As time goes by we’ll miss you more. Your loving smile, your gentle face, no one can fill your empty place.
Tate’s life tells a story of a vibrant and wonderful young man who lived a full life. He enjoyed playing his guitars and drum sets and riding his beloved motorcycle as often as he could possibly ride. His friends were everything to Tate, their travels, their friendships their lives spent together.
He was born May 26, 1996 in Natrona Heights to Brian E. Gill of New Kensington and Mary H. Kaleda of Washington Township.
Tate was a graduate of Kiski Area High School and was an oil field tender and certified crane operator for Kriebel Gas of Clarion.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his paternal grandparents, Steven and Dale Ann (Jackson) Tomalewski of Washington Township; maternal grandparents, Robert and Amy (Hansen) Kaleda of Washington Township; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; and Dexter, his pooch.
Viewing will be on Friday, September 22, from 2-4 & 6-8 PM in ROSS G. WALKER FUNERAL HOME LTD., 217 Freeport Road, New Kensington, where a funeral outside of Mass will be held Saturday, Sept. 23, at 11:00 AM.
Your love for family and friends was true and never ending. We will always remember you with love.
