Shelley Scovern Obituary

Shelley Lynn Scovern, 72, died Tuesday, September 27, 2022. Born in Natrona Heights December 13, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Cecelia (Roenick) Scovern.

Shelley was a graduate of Harbrack High School, Class of 1967 and attended Slippery Rock College. She joined the Navy in 1969 in Great Lakes, Illinois, and was stationed in Pensacola, FL, where she lived for many years while serving as an EKG Technician. She was proud of her service and earned an honorable discharge from the Navy. Shelley moved to Hollidaysburg in 1988, where she resided until her death. She was of the Lutheran Faith.

Survivors include her brother, Charles (Mary) Scovern; and nephew, John W. Scovern.
