Shawn W. Walls

Shawn W. Walls, 56, of New Kensington passed away peacefully at home on Monday, November 17, 2025. 

He was born December 19, 1968, in New Kensington to the late William Thomas Walls and Gertrude E. Powell, and was a 1986 graduate of Valley High School. 

Shawn was employed as a manager at the McDonalds in the Waterworks.  He attended Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in New Kensington and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He also loved video games - his favorite game being golf.

Surviving are his two brothers, Terrance Wilson Walls and Brian Emery Walls, both of Wilkensburg; his niece, Whitney A. Houser of Montgomery Village, Maryland; his nephew Jordan Elijah Walls;  and his great niece Lynnox Liberty Thompson.

Besides his parents, Shawn was preceded in death by his loving sister, Lynne (Mikeal) Walls.

A Homegoing Service will be held on Saturday, November 29, at 11:00 AM at Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, 1150 Asa W. Roberts Way, New Kensington.
