Ricky Ryan, 68, of New Kensington, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 9, 2023.
He was born July 27, 1954 in New Kensington to the late William E. and Elizabeth “Betty” Short Ryan, Sr. and was also preceded in death by his brother, William Edward Ryan, Jr.
Ricky was a graduate of Burrell High School and was a machine operator for Pittsburgh Spring, Lawrenceville. “Rick” had an infectious sense of humor that endeared him to everyone he crossed paths with in life. Ricky had an enormous love of spending time with his children and grandchildren. Rick also loved fishing and enjoyed time at camp.
He is survived by his children, Raymond (Ashlee) Ryan of Penn Hills, Richard (Carletta) Ryan of Natrona Heights and Crystal (Leland) Burton of Lower Burrell; nine grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; his sister, Darlene Clark of Allegheny Twp. and his ex-wife & friend, Joyce Ryan of New Kensington. He was also survived by his beloved fur-buddy, Cayden.
Private arrangements were entrusted to ROSS G. WALKER FUNERAL HOME LTD., of New Kensington.
