Richard Linsenbigler Obituary

Richard Dean Linsenbigler, 80, of Lower Burrell, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born March 10, 1945 in New Kensington to the late Dean & Bernetta Hinderliter Linsenbigler, he was a 1964 graduate of Ken-Hi, and proudly served with the First Cavalry in the US Army during the Vietnam War.  

Rich was head ladle man at Allegheny Ludlum (now Allegheny Teledyne), Brackenridge for 30 years.  

He was a member and a Past Master of Tyrian Lodge #644 Free & Accepted Masons of New Kensington (now of Lower Burrell,) and also belonged to the Elks, Eagles and Moose.  

Surviving are his companion of 20 years Alberta Barbara Dancsecs of Lower Burrell; and two brothers, James G. Linsenbigler of Ebensburg, Kenneth (Margaret) Linsenbigler of Iron Bend, MI; and a special niece Sue Ellen (Dan) Stiver.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings, Bill & Gerald Linsenbigler, Shirley Tyson and Lois Anderson.
