Richard William Decker, 55, of New Kensington, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 29, 2023.
He was born September 20, 1966 in Natrona Heights to Jane Scholze Susa of New Kensington and the late Richard Emil Decker.
Richard completed his education at Valley High School and was an army veteran of Desert Storm where he was a material specialist. He enjoyed listening to music.
Besides his mother, he is survived by sisters Patrice (Justin) Tomcik and Natasha Susa.
Private arrangements were entrusted to ROSS G. WALKER FUNERAL HOME LTD. of New Kensington.
