Margaret J. Fabian Blumer, 49, of Plum Borough, passed away on
Saturday, March 21, 2026.
She was born March 13, 1977 in New Kensington to Cynthia Hussar Fabian of Brackenridge and the late Robert J. Fabian Sr., and was a graduate of Valley High School in 1995.
She was a realtor for Howard Hanna for many years under the tutelage of her broker, Junnie Mendelowski. She also helped her life companion, Joseph Dixon, with bookkeeping and daily duties at his trucking business.
She worshipped with her parents at St. Mary of Czestochowa Roman Catholic Church and St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, both in New Kensington.
Margie loved the outdoors, especially target shooting and fishing. She had a “big heart,” and loved spending time with Joe and their pitbull, Magnum. She especially enjoyed “going out to eat” and listening to music.
Besides her mother, she is survived by her life companion Joseph R. Dixon; and her brother Robert J. Fabian Jr., of Arnold.
Visitation will be on Friday, April 3, 2026 from 10am until blessing service at noon in ROSS G. WALKER FUNERAL HOME LTD., 217 Freeport Road, New Kensington. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Arnold.
