Louis Anthony Lombardo, 65 of Upper Burrell Township, died Friday, July 8, 2022. Born March 13, 1957, in New Kensington, he was the son the late Salvatore “Sam” and Jean (Angelisarti) Lombardo. Louie was a passionate man about his family, his business, and held great love and dedication for his community especially the city of Arnold. Co-owner with his sibling of Sam’s Pop Shop, Louie was the smiling friendly face that brought the town together. He was a leader and integral part of the “Edgewood Gang” as a kid and continued to remain a loyal dedicated friend throughout his entire life, always keeping tabs on his buddies. He loved to garden and fish, spend time with his dog Duke, watch F1 Racing, and loved his home. Louie was an active member of Mt. St. Peter Parish, 7th St. Sportsman’s Club, and Fraternal Order of Eagles New Kensington.
Louis was charismatic, had a heart of gold, and held an unwavering respect for everyone he met along the way. He will be deeply missed by his beloved wife of 36 wonderful years, Sandra L. (Sieber) Lombardo; siblings, Samuel N. (Jean) Lombardo and Sandra L. (Mark) Danison both of New Kensington; several nieces and nephews.
