Loretta Ann “Lori” Połczyński, 94, of New Kensington, passed away peacefully on June 4, 2026 at Westminster Place, Oakmont. She was born on January 18, 1932, the daughter of the late Benedict and Anna Janosky of Arnold. 

Lori was a lifelong member of St. Mary of Czestochowa Roman Catholic Church, and enjoyed family, friends, music, dancing, and laughter. 

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Edward Pedziwiatr, her second husband, Leonard Polczynski, and her son, Wayne Pedziwiatr.

Lori leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Paula Johnson and son-in-law Jerry Johnson of Virginia, granddaughter Fonda Shiflett and her husband, Andrew of Virginia, two great-grandchildren, Sadie and Lofton, her daughter-in-law, Patty Forbes-Pedziwiatr of New York, her 
sister, Betty Koziura of Lower Burrell, and nephew, Jeff Koziura and his wife, Lynn of Tennessee.

A funeral liturgy outside of Mass will be held in ROSS G. WALKER FUNERAL HOME LTD., 217 Freeport Road, New Kensington on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 10AM. Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to service.  Private burial will be in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Lower Burrell.
