Lillie Mae Williams

Lillie Mae Williams, 79, of New Kensington, PA passed away peacefully on December 24, 2018.

Lillie Mae was born to the union of Wash and Vinnie (Rainey) Spears on April 29, 1939 in Lisman, Alabama.

Lillie Mae married Eugene Daniel Williams Sr., and from their union came four beautiful children. They moved from Pennsylvania to New York and she returned to New Kensington in the mid 60’s.

Lillie Mae was a homemaker and had a passion for playing Bingo and Cards with friends and family. Lillie Mae was a great storyteller, and was one to keep you laughing even when you didn’t want to laugh.

Lillie Mae is survived by three children: Eugene (Pamelia) of Carson, CA, Tony (Mary Jane) of New Kensington, PA, Brenda Edwards (Bruce Sr.) of Cicero, NY, two sisters and one brother: Mary Flenory (Everhart) of New Kensington, PA, Vinnie Ree Corwell of Mobile, AL, Johnny Spears (Nora) of Ambridge, PA and a host of Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren and other beloved relatives and friends.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her younger brother, Fred Russell (2018); and her youngest son, Phillip Dean Williams (1998).

A visitation will be held Saturday, January 5 at 12 pm, until the time of Memorial Service at 1:00 p.m. at Ross G. Walker Funeral Home Ltd, 217 Freeport Road, New Kensington, PA 15068. Rev. Lovey Scott will officiate. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Arnold.
