Katherine H. Gerheim, 101, of Allegheny Township passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, April 21, 2021. She was born September 9, 1919 in Johnstown to the late Arthur Dean Horner and Mary Louise Picking.
Katherine was a graduate of Johnstown High School Class of 1937 and a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania Class of 1941.
She is survived by her niece, Mary Renee ( John) Chi, of Ross Twp.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mearl F. Gerheim.
All services were private. Burial was in Westview Cemetery, Avonmore. Ross G. Walker Funeral Home Ltd., 217 Freeport Road, New Kensington was entrusted with the arrangements. www.rossgwalker.com
