Jeffrey Conte, 65, of New Kensington, died Friday, March 19, 2021, at his home in Pittsburgh, PA. Born Nov. 21, 1955, in New Kensington, PA. He was the son of the late Jack and Leah Conte and a resident of New Kensington and Pittsburgh his entire life.
He was a graduate of Valley High School in 1973 and received his business degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Jeff was employed by Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co. (formerly Beckwith Machinery) for over 25 years. He was a member of Mount Saint Peter Roman Catholic Church.
He loved spending time with his family and dear friends. Jeff’s zest for life and sense of humor were enjoyed by all! He was a man with many passions. Cooking, auto races with “the boys”, traveling, bicycling, beaching and enjoying a good cigar in his brother’s garage. He is survived by his children, Michael Conte (Fox Chapel) and Macrae Conte (Churchill); wife, Susan Harrison Conte (Pittsburgh), former wife, Tammy Staley Conte (New Kensington), granddaughter, Quinn Conte (Fox Chapel), stepdaughters Alexandra & Julienne Brovenick, brother Jack (Joan) Conte (New Kensington), along with other nieces & nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Darlene Rassau Cordera.
Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m., on Monday, March 22, 2021 in Ross G. Walker Funeral Home Ltd, 217 Freeport Road, New Kensington, where prayers of transfer will be held on Tuesday, March 23 at 9:30 a.m. Funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m., in Mt.
