Jacqueline I. (Rew) Jankowski

Jacqueline I. (Rew) Jankowski, loving mother, grandmother, and aunt died peacefully at the age of 79 on Saturday, January 22, 2022. She was born in Niagara Fallls, NY on December 28, 1942 to the late Norris and Bessie Mae Couch Rew.

Jackie treasured spending time with her adored children, grandchildren, and all the cats she named Fluffy over the years. She enjoyed shopping, talking on the phone with her cousins and sisters, and caring for the beautiful flowers she would plant. She loved being a Tri-County Sabre majorette mom.

Jackie will be deeply missed by her beloved children, Donna Paden, Harry (Jackie) Coffman, Lillian Abernathy, John (Ramona) Coffman, Robert Coffman, and Danielle (Ian) Saracco; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; nieces, Tammy and Tina; and nephews, Tony and Tommy.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur “Stush” Jankowski; son, Ronald J. Coffman; granddaughter, Kayla Coffman; brother, William Rew; sisters, Carol La Fountain, Shirley Osborne, and Audrey M. Carl; nieces, Bernice Hendricks and Leona Lasher.

Please join us to celebrate Jackie’s life from 3 p.m. until time of funeral service at 5 p.m. on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at ROSS G. WALKER FUNERAL HOME LTD. 217 Freeport Rd. New Kensington, with Rev. Dean Ward officiating. Wake will follow services at the Tarentum VFW Post 5758.
