Harry R. Hessom

Harry R. “Rick” Hessom, 62, of Ford City, passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2023. 

Harry fought the good fight, but lost his battle with congestive heart failure. He passed away at St Margaret Hospital in Aspinwall, surrounded by his family

He was born July 9, 1961. 

He is survived by his children, Michael R Hessom and AJ Hessom, and three siblings.  He is now in heaven with his two babies Harry and Richard, and his parents Gloria J. Hessom and Harry C. Hessom.

Harry enjoyed camping with his kids, car shows, fishing, swimming, and playing pin ball. He loved working on cars, and anything to do with Mickey Mouse. There wasn’t anything he couldn’t fix and he was always there to lend a hand. He was a friend to everyone.

Harry retired due to health issues in 2022 after 25 years in the Local #5 as an electrician.

Viewing will be Sunday July 23, 2023 from 5-8 pm in ROSS G. WALKER FUNERAL HOME LTD., 217 Freeport Road, New Kensington.
