Ginger (Puglisi) Mennitto, 87, of Lower Burrell, passed away on June 14, 2021. She was born December 24, 1933 in New Kensington to the late Michael and Antoinette Cipolla Puglisi.
Ginger was a graduate of Arnold High School Class of 1952. She lived in Los Angeles for 40 years and worked 16 years as a sales associate at Neiman Marcus. She was a very active member at St. Margaret Mary Church in Lower Burrell and was also a member of the Divine Mercy Prayer Group. She had an appreciation for opera, theatre, and ballet. Ginger loved travelling the world with her husband, John. Together they enjoyed many trips, the best being those throughout the United States in their motorhome.
She is survived by her daughters, Linda (Michael) Roth and Lisa (Zak) Zakalik; and granddaughter, Zoe (James) Roth-Burke; and numerous cousins and friends who always supported and loved her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, John G. Mennitto; and sister, Marie Puglisi Sestini.
A funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, June 21 in St. Margaret Mary Roman Catholic Church, 3055 Leechburg Road, Lower Burrell. Anyone attending the Mass is asked to go directly to church.
