Dorothy A. Polito

Dorothy Arlene Polito, 79, of Arnold passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 6, 2022. She was born in New Kensington on August 29, 1942, to the late Everett C. Sr. and Edna Frances (Gifford) Ream.

Dorothy was a woman who had a fondness for games of chance, travelling around to all the local bingo spots and enthusiastically answering all the questions and trivia she could while watching her game shows with her faithful K9 companions, Cookie and Baby Girl, at her side.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her four sons, Vincent Polito, Stephen (Missy) Polito Sr., Phillip Polito, and Carl Polito; grandchildren, Ryan Polito, Stephen Polito Jr., and Kayla Sherman, as well as seven additional grandchildren; brother, Everett C. Ream Jr.; two sisters, Cora Rychlik and Bernice Slahtovsky; and cousin, Charles Barker.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Victor Polito.
