Mr. Dorian Lavail Carver, 32, entered this world as a beloved son to Richard Carver and Carmella Wilson on November 1st, 1990, in Natrona Heights, Pa. He transitioned to his Heavenly home on Wednesday, Nov.9th, 2022. Dorian was affectionately known to his family and friends as Bird. As a young boy Bird developed a love for football. His mother remembers his very first word being “bootball”; his love for the game was shared with his family as he was also an avid Pittsburgh Steelers Fan. He enjoyed playing video games but making music was his passion.
As an artist Dorian created the label Hard life Scare life “HLSL.” He bonded over and shared his love for music with his siblings. As kids they enjoyed creating home videos and lasting memories. Dorian loved to spend time with his family and the bond he shared with his nephews was so special it’s unbreakable. Dorian was the protector of the family; he was always there to keep everyone safe.
Bird was very well known and loved. He attended Valley High School. At a very young age, he made a name for himself being very athletic and popular. Dorian’s life was changing in a blessed way when he met and fell in love with his better half Nadiyah Drummond.
Dorian leaves to cherish his memories forever and always, his parents Richard Carver of Duquesne and Carmella Wilson of Spring, Texas; his grandparents Shirley Wilson of Houston, Texas, Dennis and Romona Cannon of Monroeville; his sister Shafawn Carver of Spring, Texas; his brother Jerrail Carver of New Kensington; partner Nadiyah Drummond and her two children Lennox and Scarlett; nephews Jamar and Zion Carbarrus of Spring Texas and Jayver Carver of New Kensington; aunts Marshella Wilson, Rochelle Carver, Tiffany Cannon, Angie Wilson, Antonoinette Wilson, and Dericia Lateef; and uncles Allen Wilson, Beau Cannon, James Kemp, Troy Houser, Tory Wilson and Abdul Lateef. He also leaves a host of friends and cousins but was particularly close to his first cousins Andrea Copper, Breanna, Brian, and Alayssa Wilson and Dimitri Lloyd.
Dorian was welcomed at Heaven gates by his grandfather Mr. Allen Wilson, Sr.; great grandparents Albert and Mary Wilson, Lewis and Ethel-Mae Carver, and Helen Sonner; and uncles Anthony and Gary Wilson.
