Bonnie M. Fennell

Bonnie M. Fennell, 88 of Lower Burrell, formerly of New Kensington passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 3, 2021. She was born January 30, 1933 in Tarentum to the late Harold and Zella Lehman Hailes.

Bonnie enjoyed her home, staining and refinishing furniture, and spending time with her kids and grandkids. She especially liked travelling to Arizona to visit with her daughter, Judi.

She is survived by two sons, John “Mickey” (Kristen) Kokenda of Greenwood, SC and David Fennell of Orlando, FL; three daughters, Susan Lattanzio of New Kensington, Kelle (Frank) Dignazio of Plum Borough, and Judi (Frank) Dickson of Scottsdale, AZ; ten grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Raymond L. Fennell; son, Thomas Fennell; and sisters, Geraldine Silliman, Sally Hrabos, and Gail Beattie.

Viewing will be from 10 AM until time of funeral service at 12 PM on Monday, Feb. 8, 2021 in the Ross G. Walker Funeral Home Ltd., 217 Freeport Road, New Kensington. Rev. Dean Ward will officiate. Private burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell. Rossgwalker.com
