Ann Marie (Tomlanovich) Schneider

Ann Marie Schneider, age 103, of Allegheny Township, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, August 17, 2024.

She was born April 3, 1921 in Pittsburgh to the late John and Mary Burich Tomlanovich.

Mrs. Schneider was a devoted member of the New Kensington Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses, and enjoyed reading her Bible daily.  She was a seamstress for Altmeyer’s Home Stores for many years, and enjoyed writing poems.

Surviving are two daughters, Donna (Gerald) Rayburg, of Allegheny Township and Nancy (Robert) Krainbucher of New Kensington; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and her sister, Louise Kay of Ohio.  

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Bernard T. Schneider; six siblings; and two great-grandchildren, Bowen and Lindee Urban.

The family DOES NOT wish to receive any flowers of any kind, at home, at the funeral home, or in the Kingdom Hall.  Please respect their wishes.  

A funeral service will be held Sunday, September 22 at 4PM in the New Kensington Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 890 Stevenson Blvd., New Kensington.  Arrangements were entrusted to ROSS G.
