Patricia A. Watkins

Patricia Ann Watkins, 74, of New Kensington passed at Community East Hospital in Indianapolis, IN on Friday, January 4, 2019.  She was born July 8, 1944, in New Kensington, PA to the late Floyd Watkins and Mabel Driver.

Patricia graduated from Ken High in 1964 home of the Red Raiders. She was employed at the former Gulf Research for over 20 years and later, was hired at  NAMSCO Plastics Industries where she remained until her retirement in 2010.  She was a faithful member of Canaan Outreach Ministries formerly known as Canaan Baptist Church for over 50 years.  She served on the Pastor's Aide committee and was a loyal choir member.

Survivors include her five children, Cynthia L. Ellis, Anthony Wilson Jr., Toriano Wilson, Antoinette Wilson, and Angelica Wilson; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Viewing will be Saturday, Jan. 12 from 10 AM to 12 noon in ROSS G. WALKER FUNERAL HOME LTD, 217 Freeport Road, New Kensington, where a funeral service will be held at 12PM (noon) with Elder Ronald White, of Canaan Outreach Ministries, officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Airy Cemetery.
