Mary Stepano

Mary Stepano, 93, formerly of Lower Burrell, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 25, 2018.

She was born January 30, 1925 in Creighton, East Deer Township, to the late Michael & Anna Protz Sabow.

Survivors include her daughter, Kathy Stepano Grim of Devon and son, Daniel E. (Jeanne) Stepano of Lower Burrell; grandchildren, Nicole Grim (Nick) Wheeler, Edward John (Clarissa) Stepano and Ryan Jacob Stepano; and sister, Rose Skomo of Natrona Heights.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Edward Stepano, siblings, Andrew, Michael, George and John Sabow, and Anna Sabow Fish.

Mrs. Stepano was a devoted mother and good Christian woman who loved to be around her family.   She always had a smile on  her face and loved to cook.  She will be greatly missed. 

Visitation will be on Saturday, October 20 from 10a until services  at 11a in ROSS G. WALKER FUNERAL HOME LTD., 217 Freeport  Road, New Kensington.  Rev. Dean Ward, pastor of The River - A Community Church, will officiate.  Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell.
