Debra E. Loughner, 54, of New Kensington, passed away on Friday, September 15, 2017, at home. She was born April 22, 1963 in New Kensington, to Frank Torok Jr. of New Kensington and the late Beverly Pearlman Torok. Debra was a 1983 graduate of Valley High School, then was a Navy Hospital Corpsman for eight years. The past several years she worked for Seneca Place in Plum and Harmar Village in Harmar Township, as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Besides her father, Frank Torok Jr., she is survived by her husband, George E. Loughner; daughters, Shelby A. Vaughn and Sadie A. Vaughn, both of Greeley, Colorado; step-children, Nichole E. Myers of Avonmore and George E. Loughner of Arnold; step-grandson, Hunter James Myers; siblings, Daniel F. (Jennifer) Torok of Upper Burrell Township, Timothy S. Torok of Lower Burrell, and Dana R. (Brian) Naviglia of Spring Mills; niece Grace Naviglia; her paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Torok of New Kensington; and numerous cousins. Viewing will be 2-4 & 6-8 PM on Tuesday at ROSS G. WALKER FUNERAL HOME, 217 Freeport Road, New Kensington, where a service and military honors conducted by the Vandergrift Veterans Honor Guard will be held Wednesday at 11 AM. Rev. Dean Ward, pastor of The River - A Community Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell.
