Richard A. Baronie

Richard A. Baronie, 60, of New Kensington, passed away Friday, August 5, 2016, at home.

He was born October 5, 1955, in Lower Burrell to the late Frank and Irene Baronie and attended Burrell High School.

Richard was formerly employed by the Laborers Union Local No. 373. He also worked as a taxi driver for many years and was a member of the Kinloch Fireman’s Club.

Richard enjoyed cooking, socializing, and playing poker with friends and family.

He was the brother of Judie (Raymond) Collins and Joe (Alida) Baronie of New Kensington, and Frank Baronie Jr. of Lower Burrell; the father of Bobbie Sue (Patrick) Miller of Brackenridge; the grandfather of Dylan, Emily, and Cassandra Miller; and the great grandfather of Leo Tyler Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and his best friend, Cindee Virostek. 

Besides his parents, Richard was preceded in death by a sister, Debbie Baronie.

Visitation with the family will be held at 1:30 PM on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at Ross G Walker Funeral Home 217 Freeport Road, New Kensington and a Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 PM.
