Liam Ismael Santiago, III

Liam Ismael Santiago, of New Kensington, one day old child of Ismael Santiago III and Mariah Lynn Jackson, passed away on July 12, 2016. He was born the day before on July 11, 2016, at Magee-Women’s Hospital. Besides his parents, he is survived by a sister, Addison Houser; paternal grandmother Cathy Ramos of Arnold; maternal grandmother, Kristen Speer of New Kensington; and great-grandmothers Maria Tavarez and Ramona Palazzi of New Kensington.
