Keith L. Waugh, Sr., 64, of New Kensington was called home to rest with the Lord, on July 8, 2017. Mr. Waugh was born on February 25, 1953 in New Kensington, to the late Kenneth L. Waugh I, and Marian (Carter) Waugh.  Mr. Waugh was a graduate of Valley High School, Class of 1970 and went on to serve in the US Army.  Mr. Waugh worked for PPG Industries, Springdale for over 20 years and was the owner and operator of ShaKei’s Place, New Kensington. Mr. Waugh was a life long member of Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of the late Asa W. Roberts.  Mr. Waugh loved riding his motorcycle, playing poker and blackjack, and enjoyed going to the casinos all over the country.  Moreover, he loved spending time with his family - whom he adored. He is survived by his children, Shalwan V. Waugh, Shanelle Waugh, Shameka (Antoine) Wilkerson, Keith L. Waugh Jr., and Iziah A. Waugh; mother of his daughters, Lynette R. Waugh and the mother of his sons, Natalie Ozepy-Raachini; and grandchildren, Demondre Harris, Adrian Jackson, Demerek Brown, Malajah Wilkerson, Adisun Jackson, Deacon Brown, Dashawn Wilkerson, Antoine “Beans” Wilkerson, Jr., Everlee Moore; one great-granddaughter, Francis “Franny” Harris; his siblings, Barbara (Waugh) Seals of Pittsburgh, Sandra (Waugh) Hart of New Kensington, Kenneth Waugh II, of Apollo, Krystal L. Waugh of New Kensington; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and his last living aunt, Edith (Ernest) Lovelace of Leechburg.  He also leaves his loyal and loving dog, “Joe-Joe.”Keith was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Marian (Carter) Waugh; a brother Ronald (Lugi) Waugh; sister-in-law Sarah Marie Waugh; and brother-in-law James Hart. Friends and family will be received on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM in ROSS G. WALKER FUNERAL HOME LTD., 217 Freeport Road, New Kensington.  A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11 AM in Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, 1150 Asa W. Roberts Way (Fourth Avenue), New Kensington.  Rev.
