James Betts, 65, of New Kensington, passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2018, at his home.He was born in Pittsburgh on August 29, 1952, and was a New Kensington resident for the past 12 years. James was affiliated with the Pennsylvania MENTOR Program where he received loving care. Pennsylvania MENTOR is a leading home and community based human services provider. Viewing will be on Friday, April 13, from 10AM until services at 12 Noon, in ROSS G. WALKER FUNERAL HOME LTD., 217 Freeport Road, New Kensington. Rev. Dean Ward, pastor of The River, A Community Church will officiate. Private burial will be in Union Cemetery, Arnold.
