Harry C. Hessom

Harry C. Hessom, 75, of Allegheny Township, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 16, 2016. He was born July 23, 1940 in New Kensington and was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer Hessom & Blanche Austin Hessom Beck. He was also preceded in death by his wife Gloria J. Petrosky Hessom in 2003. Harry was a maintenance supervisor for National Aluminum in Murrysville for 30 years. He enjoyed swimming at the Natrona Heights YMCA and cutting his lawn and the lawn of his neighbor. Surviving are his children, Harry R. Hessom of Freeport, Patrick Hessom of Greer, SC, Jennifer (Jeremy) Varhola of Greensburg and Christine Hessom of New Kensington; seven grandchilden, Michael Hessom, Adriana Hessom, Justine, Janelle, Julia and Jade Varhola, and Galvin Motisicky; and a sister Betty Fratangelo. Viewing will be on Wednesday from 10 AM until services at 11 AM in Ross G. Walker Funeral Home Ltd, 217 Freeport Road, New Kensington where a service will be conducted by Rev.
