Eddielou J. Bordonaro

Eddielou J. Bordonaro, 85, of New Kensington, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, on Saturday, October 7, 2017. She was born January 8, 1932 in New Kensington to the late Mike & Jessie Kelly Carrop, and was a 1950 graduate of Ken-Hi.  She was a baker for Eat’n Park in New Kensington for 10 years.  She enjoyed horseback riding and cooking, as well as spending time  with her family and friends. Surviving are her children, Katha Bordonaro of New Kensington and Anthony M. Bordonaro of Allegheny Township; and her sister, Evelyn Grady of New Kensington. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony E. Bordonaro, Jr., who died in 1998. Viewing will be Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM in ROSS G. WALKER FUNERAL HOME LTD., 217 Freeport Road, New Kensington where a service will be held Wednesday at 11 AM in the funeral home.  The Reverend Dean Ward, pastor of The River - A Community Church, will officiate.  Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell.
